[摘　要]　回购总价款关键影响参数的合理设置是BT项目发起人选择回购方案及控制投资的关键。在研究BT项目回购总价款构成的基础上，分析关键影响参数及其对回购总价款的影响机理，并以深圳地铁5号线、北京地铁奥运支线、天津理工大学新校区建设二期工程为对象进行多案例研究和分析，揭示出不同BT项目回购总价款关键影响参数设置的差异与原因。结论显示不同BT项目应根据实际情况和具体特征来合理设置下浮率、合同类型、投资回报率、资金投入方式、回购方式以及回购期限这六个影响回购总价款的关键参数。

Abstract: Rational set-up of key influence parameters of repurchase total price is crucial to select the buy-back program and guarantee investment control. On the basis of the constitution of repurchase total price in BT projects, through analyzing influence mechanism of key influence parameters of repurchase total price, and taking Shenzhen metro line 5, Olympic branch line of Beijing subway, The second phase of new campus of Tianjin University of Technology as the object to make case studies and analysis, and revealing the differences and reasons to set up the key influence parameters of repurchase total price. The findings show that different BT projects should be in accordance with actual situation and specific characteristics to set the six key impact parameters including float downward rate, type of contract, return rate of investment, way of capital investment, repurchase method and repurchase period.
