[摘　要]　工程造价管理信息系统基于计算机与网络技术，可提升工程造价管理效率。就构建工程造价管理信息系统，从总体设计思路，主要模块设计方面进行阐述，同时提出关注数据库资源、提升工程造价管理者素养等建议。

Abstract: Based on computer and network technology, Project Cost Management Information System can improve the efficiency of project cost management. Construction of the project cost management information system, begin with its overall design ideas, the creation of system objectives, expand the main module design, and database resources, working mechanism should be concerned about. At the same time, enhance the literacy of project cost managers and other issues.
