[摘　要]　对建设工程项目在项目投标、项目准备、项目实施和项目考核等全过程中容易出现的成本管理问题进行剖析，并从项目的投标报价、目标成本测算、成本管理标准化和经济责任制考核等方面对上述问题提出具体的解决途径。

Abstract: Problems easily occurred in cost management of construction projects during the whole process of bidding, preparation, execution and appraisal are analyzed in this paper. Put forward specific solutions from the project bidding, target cost calculation, cost management standardization and economic responsibility system evaluation and other aspects of the problem.
