[摘　要]　介绍并分析IPD模式特点，从工程变更、风险/激励、信息共享以及责任豁免四个方面，论述IPD模式下的建设项目成本控制，并结合矩阵式项目的特点建立“IPD建设项目矩阵模型”和IPD激励池的运作机制，为在建设项目成本控制中应用IPD模式提供新思路。

Abstract: The essay studied the characteristics of IPD mode, and built respectively models to analyze the multilateral agreement of IPD mode and LLC mode. From four aspects-the engineering change, risk/incentives, information sharing, and responsibility exemption, this paper discussed the cost control of construction project based on the IPD mode, and combine with the characteristics of the matrix project, it established“the IPD project matrix model” and the operation mechanism of IPD incentive pool, and the article provided a new way of thinking for the research of the application of IPD mode in the cost control of construction project.
