[摘　要]　《建设工程监理规范》（GB/T50319-2013）存在对总监代表和专业监理工程师定义内涵不清、范围不明、操作性不强、定位不准等问题。针对这些不足给出两类监理人员的新定义。新定义在一定程度上修正了新版监理规范定义存在的不足，希望对进一步提升监理行业的运行质量有所帮助。

Abstract: The definition of Representative of chief project management engineer and Specialty project management engineer in “The Code of Construction Project Management”（GB/T50319-2013） meaning unclear, ambiguous scope, interoperability is not strong, positioning inaccurate. Aiming at this problem, a new definition is given in this article. The new definition avoids some of the problems. Hope that conducive to the healthy functioning of our project management industry and development.
