[摘　要]　针对我国经济活动中特别是建筑工程行业长期以来存在的“三角债”问题，结合笔者本人多年在美工作的经历和对已形成规范化操作模式的美国工程界的了解，从信用体系的支持、工程经营管理模式的规范化、法制保障等几个方面，系统论述了如何有效地从根本上解决令人困扰的"三角债"课题，有助于国家有关政策制定机构由点及面，从不同角度去审视、建立和完善中国的信用体系和相关法律保障体系。

Abstract: In allusion to the problem of “Chain Debts”consisting in economic activities especially in the construction engineering domain in China, based on the author's experiences engaged in construction management in United States and profound understanding on industry professional codes and specifications, this paper dissertated and answered the question of “how to disentangle the chain debts” by three aspects as follows: the establishment of credit standing system; the manner of marketing development and construction management; ensured by legal system.
