[摘　要]　在分析我国工程保险现状的基础上，指出缺乏专门人才是导致风险管理水平落后的重要原因，设立“风险管理师”职业资格认证是解决问题的有效途径。

Abstract: The paper firstly analyzes the status of engineering insurance, on this basis, points out that lack of qualified personnel is an important reason leading to the backward risk management level. Then, the paper puts forward establishing a vocational qualification system called Risk Management Engineer is an effective way to solve this problem.
