[摘　要]　按照高校参与工程管理程度划分，高校基建管理模式可分为自管模式、共管模式和代建模式三种，针对这三种不同的基建管理模式构建相应的合约体系，并分析这三种合约体系下工程合同的审核重点，以利提高合同管理水平，进而加强对项目的有效控制。

Abstract: According to the attainment of colleges in the project management, the university infrastructure construction management mode can be divided into self-management mode, condominium mode and agent construction mode. It can help to improve the owners contract management level and to strengthen the effective control of the project management by establishing the contract system.
