[摘　要]　我国国际工程承包业务发展迅速，取得了举世瞩目的成就。但是，近年来不少企业连续出现巨额亏损。研究发现，亏损的工程承包合同均为目前国际上广泛使用的EPC合同模式。EPC合同模式与传统的施工合同条件模式相比，风险分配原则有很大的不同。本文从EPC合同条件自身特点进行分析，重点讨论承包商的风险识别与防范问题，供我国工程承包企业参考。

Abstract: China's international project contracting business has developed rapidly, gained the success that attract worldwide attention. However, in recent years many enterprises met continuous losses. It is found that engineering contract losses are currently widely used international EPC contract mode. Compared with the conditions of construction contract of EPC mode and the traditional mode, risk allocation principles are very different. Analysis from the characteristics of EPC conditions of contract, focuses on the risk identification and prevention of the contractor, for the reference of Chinese engineering contracting business.
