[摘　要]　从项目审计角度对高校基建项目工程造价的控制进行分析，指出现阶段高校基建项目审计存在的问题，分析这些问题对工程造价的影响，在此基础上从项目审计流程、内部审计、外部审计等方面提出有效控制工程造价的具体措施及方法。
