[摘　要]　建立以过程管理为基础的建筑项目成本控制模型，将建筑项目的不同阶段纳入成本管控，改进传统成本控制方法，综合分析建筑项目成本控制问题，并结合实例，验证过程管理基础上的项目成本控制方法的有效性。

Abstract: Firstly, starting from the different stages of construction projects, comprehensively analyzed such problems as how to control the cost, in the process of construction project based on the model of process management of the construction project. Secondly, expounded the different stages of the construction project cost control in different ways. Finally, the process management on the basis of project cost control method is verified by an example analysis.
