[摘　要]　提出地区建筑业专业化程度及比较优势的测算方法和判别步骤。以云南省为例，通过对16个州市建筑业区位商的点估计和区间估计，发现云南省地区建筑业专业化程度存在地区差异并证实地区差异的整体显著性。最后，通过多重比较分析进一步量化并直观表达各个地区建筑业的比较优势，证实各地区专业化程度及比较优势分布与区域城镇化和工业化的要求并不匹配。

Abstract: Proposed an improved approach and procedure in the measurement of regional specialization disparities in construction industry. Through both point and interval estimation of the mean of the LQs of 16 municipals and prefectures in Yunnan Province, discovered that significant regional differences do exist in the industrial specialization levels. Analysis of variance further confirmed this finding. We then measured the comparative advantages between any two regions by multiple comparison analysis, the results show significant specialization discrepancies and advantage mismatches between regions, and do not meet the need of regional urbanization and industrialization in Yunnan Province.
