[摘　要]　在研究整合BIM与RFID的理论框架基础上，创建集成的BIM和RFID环境，描述建筑设备运维管理系统数据库的开发，确认设备运行维护管理工作所需信息、具体实施流程，以及不同级别的设备管理与维护人员对建筑设备运维管理系统数据库的使用方式及相应职责。

Abstract: Based on the theoretical framework of research on integration of BIM and RFID, the paper creates an integrated BIM and RFID environment, describes the database development of operation and maintenance management system of construction equipment, confirms required information of operation and maintenance management system, the specific implementation process, as well as using mode and the corresponding responsibilities by the personnel at different levels of the equipment and pipe system database management of construction equipment.
