[摘　要]　现代建筑产业工人的培养是中国建筑业可持续发展的客观要求。阐述中国建筑工人及其培养的现状，介绍德国和英国现代学徒制的管理体制与运行情况，通过借鉴西方现代学徒制的特点和成功经验，结合我国建筑工人培养的现状，系统构建符合中国国情的建筑产业工人培养体系。

Abstract: The training of modern construction industrial workers is an objective requirement of the sustainable development of China construction industry. First describes the culture status of Chinese construction workers, and then introduces the management system and operation situation of modern apprenticeship in Germany and Britain. By referring to the characteristic and successful experience of western modern apprenticeship, combined with the present situation of China construction workers training, the construction industrial workers training system is constructed systematically according to China's national conditions.
