[摘　要]　当今的建设工程项目管理呈现出国际化、集成化、信息化趋势。本文从纵向（项目全寿命期管理）、横向（项目全要素造价管理）和管理环境（全面一体化管理）三个方面系统分析了建设工程项目集成管理的内涵，并提出了工程建设企业的发展策略。

Abstract: The construction project management is showing international, integrated and informationlized trends nowadays. The intensions of the integrated management of construction project are analyzed systematically from three aspects of the vertical—project life cycle management, the horizontal—total elements cost management of project and the management environment—total integration management, and the development strategies for the construction enterprises are suggested.
