住宅建筑全寿命周期生态效率度量方法研究

[摘 要] 在定义住宅建筑全寿命周期生态效率概念、系统边界和过程边界的基础上,以Eco-indicator 99中的资源耗竭、能源耗竭、生态质量破坏和人类健康损害四个终点破坏作为住宅建筑全寿命周期环境影响的表征指标,并以住宅建筑的建筑面积、层高和使用年限之积来表征其全寿命周期价值。进而根据生态效率理论的价值-影响比值法,构建包含资源效率、能源效率、生态质量效率和人类健康效率等评价指标的住宅建筑全寿命周期生态效率评价体系。[关键词] 住宅建筑;全寿命周期;环境影响;生态效率;终点破坏Abstract: Based on defining the concept, system boundary and process boundary of the life-cycle eco-efficiency of a residential building, four endpoint damages in Eco-indicator 99 are chosen as life-cycle environmental impact indicators of a residential building, including resource depletion, energy depletion, ecological quality failure and human health damage. In addition, the product of building space, storey height and service lifespan of a residential building is selected as its life-cycle value indicator.
