[摘　要]　以美国的LEED-ND（2009）、英国的BREEAM-Communities（2009）和《中国生态住区技术评估手册》（2007）为例，对国内外绿色社区评价指标体系的内容进行分析和比较研究，得出一些经验与启示，为科学构建我国的绿色社区评价指标体系提供借鉴。

Abstract: With a special reference to LEED for Neighborhood Development Rating System（2009） in United States, BREEAM for Communities Assessment System（2009） in United Kingdom and Technology Assessment for Ecological Residential Community Manual in China（2007）, some experience and enlightenment have been obtained by analyzing and comparing the content of green community evaluation index system at home and abroad, which offers reference for the scientific establishment of green community evaluation index system in China.
