[摘　要]　研究美国LEED绿色建筑评价体系及我国的《绿色建筑评价标准》50378-2006，并分析各自的缺陷，运用层次分析法的基本理论和方法，在借鉴以往相关绿色建筑评价标准的基础上，研究出一套相对清晰的简易评价体系，希望能够为我国绿色建筑评价提供参考。

Abstract: Studied the LEED green building rating system of United States and Green Building Evaluation Standard GB50378-2006 of China, then analyzed their defects. Learning from the past, a variety of green building rating standards, developed a set of relatively clear simple evaluation system by using the basic theory and method of Analytic Hierarchy Process, in order to provide a reference for green building rating of China.
