[摘　要]　从目前的建设工程项目管理性能研究主要以工作流为对象，未考虑项目参与方之间的联系及其对项目整体性能的影响的现状出发。应用社会网络分析（SNA）理论，结合工作流模型，对大型建设工程项目各参与方的组织关系进行建模分析，并利用Ucinet软件统计分析具体建设工程组织的各项指标。通过研究指出SNA理论对于评价组织的关联性和比较重要的组织单元，明确组织沟通的重要性。

Abstract: The aim of improving efficiency of construction project management focused on optimizing work flow model, which neglected to recognize the influence of the interaction between participants to the success of the project. In this paper, the relationship between project coalition actors and client organization in large scale construction project is conceptualized as relationship network in Social Network Analysis（SNA） combining with work flow in project. The indexes of organization structure efficiency and importance degree of the node are computed using Ucinet Software. Relations of organization in different formats are evaluated quantificationally by SNA. The result indicates that SNA plays an important role in evaluation of connectivity in organization, locating the key elements of organization and determining the important parts of organization communication.
