[摘　要]　以第11届全运会比赛训练场馆为研究对象，运用文献资料、专家咨询及调查研究等方法，对体育场馆建设及赛后3年多来的运营情况进行分析，总结第11届全运会场馆在规划建设及赛后运营方面取得的成果和经验，指出场馆建设运营中存在的问题，并对问题加以分析研究，以期为今后大型体育场馆的建设运营提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract: Taking the competition and training venues of the 11th National Games as a research object. The stadium construction and the operation after the games for three years are investigated and analyzed using documentary, expert-consulting, investigation and other research methods, this paper summarizes experience and achievements made in the venues construction and post-games operation, and points out the problems in the construction and post-games operation, and the issues to be analyzed in order to provide reference for future construction and operation of large stadiums.
