[摘　要]　阐述山区高速铁路项目工程特点，对成本管理的影响因素进行分析研究，从做好成本管理、科学合理地开展工程变更索赔工作、强化铁路项目施工成本管理等方面提出切实可行的成本控制的有效途径，为铁路工程项目成本管理创新和施工变更索赔管理实践提供参考。

Abstract: This paper expounds the engineering characteristics of high-speed railway project in mountain region. Then analyzes the influencing factors of cost management. In the last part, from the cost management， carrying out project alteration and claim scientifically and reasonably， and strengthening the railway project construction cost management and other aspects, the paper proposes some effective means of cost control. These means provide useful references for the cost management innovation of railway engineering project and the management practice of change of project alteration and claim.
