[摘　要]　分析我国建筑业市场准入制度现状，从设计、施工、监理资质管理角度，深入探讨影响新型建筑工业化发展的制度性障碍，并从设计、施工、监理企业资质方面有针对性地提出完善我国新型建筑工业化市场准入的政策建议。

Abstract: Based on the analysis on the current situation of market access system of construction in China, discussed the problems of market access issues related to the qualification administration for design, construction, supervision for the development of new-type industrialized building. At last, proposed appropriate policy recommendations to improve new-type industrialized building access system in China.
