[摘　要]　建筑农民工职业安全权益保障涉及政府、行业、企业、社会以及农民工自身等很多方面，受到法律、经济、社会文化等因素的影响。在分析系统运行机制的基础上，提出以政府调控、经济环境、社会文化为外推力，企业文化和农民工自身素质为内促力的系统动力因素模型，并进一步分析动力因素的作用机理，为完善建筑农民工职业安全保障工作提供支持。

Abstract: Occupational safety and interest protection of construction migrant workers involves government, industry, business, society and other factors. Meanwhile, this system is affected by legal, economic, social culture etc. This paper analyzes the system operating mechanism and establishes the dynamic factors model with the external driving force and the internal promotion force. The external driving force involves the government regulation and control, the economic environment and the social culture, the internal promotion force involves the business culture and the quality of the migrant workers. And then it further analyzes the mechanism and theory of the dynamic factors.
