[摘　要]　如何进行合理的利益分配是合同能源管理的核心问题之一。将用能企业和节能服务公司作为参与双方，构建博弈模型，分别应用纳什谈判模型和鲁宾斯坦讨价还价模型解决节能效益分享型合同能源管理中的利益分配问题。通过实例分析比较，得出两种利益分配方法的不同之处及其适用范围，并提出一些合理化建议。

Abstract: The central issue of energy management contracting is how to share the benefit reasonably. Different from the traditional benefit-sharing, we take the energy companies and energy service companies as both sides to build a two-person game model, and try to solve the problem in the application of Nash bargaining Model and The Rubinstein Model. Finally, we set an example to compare the differences between two solutions, through which, we conclude the Scope of application and propose some suggestions.
