[摘　要]　针对大型施工项目建筑规模大、采购物资种类繁杂、数量众多、作业面复杂、施工周期长、设计变更多等特点，从组织、成本、技术、合同等方面，系统阐述做好大型施工项目物资采购的策略重点，以保障项目的最大经济效益。

Abstract: Based on the characteristics of large-scale construction projects such as complex procurements, numerous quantities, large scale, complex operations, long construction period, many design changes, this paper expounds the strategy of purchasing to large-scale construction projects from the aspects of organization, technology, cost, agreement, so as to guarantee the maximum economic benefits of the project.
