[摘　要]　从绿色建筑相关的行业标准、地方标准看，绿色建筑的标准数量仍显不足，专业覆盖面较窄，现行的标准之间内容不协调、不配套、构成不合理、互相重复等问题逐渐凸显。构建绿色建筑的标准体系，使标准之间形成相互协调、相互配套的内在联系，具有重大现实意义。从建筑产品形成过程中的专业分工、建筑全寿命周期的发展阶段以及绿色建筑本身的特殊属性等不同视角，基于目标（Object）、专业（Professional）和时间（Time）三个维度构建标准体系。同时，从绿色建筑目标实现度和全寿命周期覆盖度两个角度来评价标准体系，能够看出标准体系在不同维度上的实现程度显著提高。

Abstract: From the industry and provincial standards associated with green building, the number of green building's standards is still obviously insufficient as well as narrow the professional coverage. These problems show the shortage of the planning and research on the formulation and revision of the standards. In this situation, building a green building standards system which products an inner link has the great significance. The link forms mutual coordination and supporting each other between the standards. Building the standard system is from different views which are the professional dimension in the process of building products formed, building the development stage of the life cycle, as well as the special attributes of green building. In short, it's based on the three dimensions: Object, Professional and Time. At the same time, from the green building goal realization degree and the whole life cycle covered two perspective to evaluate the standard system, can see the dimensions in the implementation of the standards system in different degree improved significantly.
