[摘　要]　基于产业组织结构理论研究建筑业问题，以直辖市为例，从企业规模结构、专业结构、行业进入壁垒以及产品差异这四个方面分别阐述，并在分析的基础上提出相应的对策，以促进当地建筑业的健康稳定发展。

Abstract: Construction industry has been studied based on the theory of industrial organization structure. Take municipality cities as examples, it respectively discusses, the enterprise scale structure, professional structure, industry barriers and product differences these four aspects, and then put forward corresponding countermeasures on the basis of the analysis, in order to promote healthy and stable development of the local construction industry.
