主要空调设备寿命周期经济性分析—海南省某冷冻站为例

[摘 要] 采用逐时模拟方法,对海南某冷冻站全年供冷负荷进行逐时模拟计算;在此基础上,对主要空调设备的寿命周期费用和主要影响因素进行案例计算分析。结果表明:冷冻站主要空调设备的能效指标是影响其经济性的最重要因素,提高其主要设备的能效水平不仅可产生十分显著的节能减排效果,还可节省大量运行费用。因此在冷冻站设计时应选用高能效的设备,在设备招标评标时应采用综合评标法,并大幅度提高设备能效指标的权重。

Abstract: Hourly cooling loads in one year are calculated with the hourly simulation method for a refrigeration station in Hainan of China. On this basis, the life cycle costs of the main air conditioning equipments are calculated and the main influence factors are analyzed as a case study. The results show that the energy efficiency indexes of the main equipments are the most important parameters affecting the economy performance of a refrigeration station. It can produce not only remarkable energy conservation and emissions reduction benefits but also remarkable economic efficiency benefits with saving a lot of operation cost, to improve the energy efficiency level of water chillers and water pumps. So the high energy efficient equipments should be chosen on the design. The comprehensive evaluation method should be used on the equipment bidding and bid evaluation, and the weight of energy efficiency indicators should be increased greatly.
