[摘　要]　阐释运维管理的内容及意义，确定运维管理的范畴，并对建筑信息模型（BIM）技术在运维管理中的作用进行初步探讨，提出BIM在运维管理中应用的关键技术。

Abstract: Research the content and significance of Operation and maintenance management, determine the scope, and give a preliminary study on the role of build information modeling（BIM） technology in the operation and maintenance management, present key technologies of BIM application in the operation and maintenance management.
