[摘　要]　随着我国保障性住房的大规模建设，各地公租房在保障“夹心层”人群基本住房需求的同时，也逐渐暴露出一些问题。在建立公租房住户满意度评价指标体系的基础上，运用灰色综合评价方法，构建公租房住户满意度综合评价模型，并以重庆为例对公租房住户进行满意度综合评价，最终找出周边配套、物业管理等影响公租房住户满意度的关键性因素，有针对性地给出提升公租房住户满意度的建议。

Abstract: With domestic large-scale construction of indemnificatory apartments aimed at providing basic housing need for low-income people, it has also begun to expose a series of problems involving many aspects. On the basis of establishing an new indicator system of residential satisfaction of public rental housing, uses the grey comprehensive assessment method to build a residential satisfaction evaluation model, then calculates overall satisfaction of public rental households based on the survey on public rental households in Chongqing, and identifies the key factors which affecting the residential satisfaction of public rental households, such as surrounding facilities，property management and so on. Finally it puts forward a couple of related suggestion for improvement.
