[摘　要]　天津市是国内保障房建设开展较早、效果较好的地区之一，在保障房小区运营管理方面具有协同实施特色。从国内保障房运营管理问题出发，应用协同管理思想，通过对天津保障房小区运营工作机制及运营管理技术体系分析，构建面向协同实施的保障房小区运营管理体系，并进一步提出协同实施效果提升途径与方法。

Abstract: Tianjin is one of the typical areas of domestic security housing which starts earlier as well as develops better than other regions in China. Starting from domestic security housing operation management problems as well as applying collaborative management ideology, establishes coordinate-implement-oriented affordable housing operating management system by analyzing Tianjin housing district operating mechanisms as well as operations management technology system, then further promotion ways and methods of collaboration implement effect are proposed.
