[摘　要]　工程造价咨询行业面临“四小”及恶性竞争等问题。行业健康、有序发展需要企业、政府、行业协会等各方共同努力：工程造价咨询企业需要加强自身建设，加强分支机构管理；政府部门要加强市场监管，促进企业联合与重组；行业协会要发挥自律、服务作用。

Abstract: Construction cost consulting industry is facing “four small”, malicious competition and other issues. Industry healthy and orderly development is in needs of corporate, government, industry associations and other parties to work together. Cost consulting enterprises need to strengthen self-construction, strengthen the branch management; Government departments should strengthen market supervision, and promote joint and reorganization; Industry associations to play a self-service role, and play a role in self-discipline.
