[摘　要]　基于全过程工程造价管理思想，对岩土结构及工程的现场条件、运输条件、弃土条件、环境条件、管理条件、结算条件、资源条件等方面的影响因素与工程造价的关系进行系统分析，提出大型土石方工程的造价计算与成本控制模型。工程实例分析表明，此计算模型具有较强的可操作性，有助于快速确定和有效控制大型土石方工程的工程造价。

Abstract: Analyzed the geotechnical engineering conditions, transport conditions, spoil conditions, environmental conditions, management conditions, closing conditions, resource conditions, and other factors that influence the engineering cost. The model of cost calculation and cost control for large-scale earthwork was proposed based on the thinking of entire process for project cost management. Engineering examples show that the calculated model is a strong operational, and it will help to quickly determine and effectively control the cost of a large earthwork project.
