[摘　要]　在编制招标控制价时，由于没有详细的施工组织设计和施工方案，一些与其密切相关的措施费难以准确计算。就此，基于常规施工方案和施工机械配备，归纳总结出施工机械的常用参数、配备原则和费用计算方法，为措施费的计算提供借鉴与依据。

Abstract: In the preparation of tender control price, due to the lack of a construction organization design in detail and construction scheme, some related measures costs are difficult to calculate accurately, based on the knowledge of conventional construction scheme and construction machinery equipment, summarized the commonly used parameters, equipped standard and cost calculation methods of the construction machinery, provide reference basis for the calculation of measures costs.
