[摘　要]　介绍建设项目界面及界面管理的定义，分析造成界面管理障碍的因素以及界面管理的意义，提出建设项目的界面管理工作重心在于对设计和施工界面的协调控制，阐述招投标和实施阶段的设计和施工界面管理要点，并以某金融企业大型数据中心项目为案例，对其在设计和施工任务的标段划分及界面协调工作进行分析。

Abstract: It introduces the definitions of construction project interface and interface management, analyzes the factors causing interface obstacles as well as the significance of interface management. It also points out the focus of construction project interface management is coordination the interface of design and construction. The essentials of design and construction interface management during bidding and implementation are listed in the artical. A financial enterprise's large scale IDC project is taken as example to show the application of interface management.
