[摘 要] 技术中心创新效益的评价是建筑企业对技术中心进行评估的重要环节。针对建筑企业技术中心建设和评估的特殊性,建立创新效益的评价指标体系,并运用熵值法从众多指标中选取最具影响力的投入产出主导因素,采用CCR-DEA模型对技术中心的综合创新效益进行评估。通过熵值法-DEA模型所确定的创新效益指数,对技术中心创新效益进行有效性评价。最后,通过实例分析验证该评估方法的有效性和实用性。

Abstract: Innovation efficiency evaluation is a very important part in construction enterprise technology center evaluation. According to the particularity of construction and evaluation of construction enterprise technology center, this article establishes a evaluation index system of technology center innovation efficiency. Then select the most influential input and output factors by entropy method, afterwards apply CCR-DEA model to evaluate the technology center innovation efficiency. Through the Entropy-DEA model could obtain innovation efficiency index, which realize the effectiveness evaluation of technology center innovation efficiency. Finally, with a case study, the effectiveness and practicality of the method has been verified.
