[摘　要]　分析一起固定总价合同纠纷案例，阐释纠纷的处理方式，并提示：要规避固定总价合同纠纷，关键要注意工程的特点，契合固定总价合同的适用性；加强合同条款的严密性与完善性的控制；加强合同的管理力度。

Abstract: Ａnalyzes a case of disputes of a fixed price contract and puts forward the processing mode. Meanwhile, this paper argues that the key to reduce the occurrence of fixed price contract dispute is to pay attention to the characteristics of the project, which should be in accordance with the applicability of the fixed price contract, and strengthen the control of the terms of the contract rigor and integrity and its management of the contract.
