[摘　要]　针对建设项目决策风险问题，通过调查分析并采用因子分析法，分析提炼出7个公共因子；根据公共因子的得分系数矩阵，构造出公共因子风险计算函数以及整个项目综合风险模型表达式。根据项目风险综合得分数值，分析风险水平，从而为制订相应的风险管理措施，为建设项目决策提供参考和依据。

Abstract: Through the investigation and analysis, 24 decision-making risk factors are built and through factor analysis and SPSS, 7 public factors are extracted from the 24 factors. According to component score coefficient matrix of the 7 public factors, the public factors calculation function and the comprehensive risk model expression of the whole project are established. Based on comprehensive score of project risk and analysis of the risk level, the relevant risk management measures would be worked out to provide scientific basis for the construction project decision-making.
