[摘　要]　城市轨道交通工程涉及专业多、投资规模大。结合城市轨道交通工程的造价咨询经验，对上海及周边地区常见的投资控制模式进行归纳，提出三种常见的投资控制模式，并对比各模式的优缺点，以期对其他城市轨道交通工程的投资控制有所启发。

Abstract: Due to urban rail transit contains so many majors and its huge investment, based on urban rail transit project cost control experiences, this paper concludes three typical cost control models, and demonstrates every models advantages and disadvantages, in hope to give the following urban rail transit project cost control some inspirations.
