[摘　要]　将《普通高等学校建筑规划面积指标》与德国DIN建筑规划标准进行比较，阐述中德高校建筑规划管理的现状，从房屋面积分类标准、标准内容及标准制订模式等方面对中国高校建筑规划标准中存在的问题进行探讨，并借鉴德国经验，提出细化高校房屋面积分类标准及调整高校建筑规划指标的建议。

Abstract: Building planning area indexs in Chinese colleges and universities and the German DIN building planning standards are compared from the housing space classification, standard content and the mode of standard setting. The compare is to explore the existing problems in the Chinese university building planning standards and make recommendations to refine the housing space classification and adjust standard content.
