[摘　要]　以辽宁省2004-2011年度建筑业与资源环境相关统计数据为基础，将建筑业发展与资源环境联系起来综合考察，通过引入协调度模型，对两者的协调性进行实证分析。结果表明：辽宁省建筑业与资源环境的协调度和协调发展度在2004年起逐渐上升，但在2010年后开始下降，协调发展态势并不乐观，最后提出促进其协调发展的对策和建议。

Abstract: On the basis of related statistical data of construction industry and resource-environment in Liaoning province from 2004 to 2011, this dissertation offeres a comprehensive analysis relating construction industry development to resource-environment through a coordination model, which supplies empirical studies for their coordination. The research result shows that the coordination degree and coordination development degree between construction industry and resource-environment in Liaoning province increased gradually from 2004 to 2010, but began to decline after 2010, and the coordinated development situation is not optimistic. In the end, it mentiones several solutions and suggestions which can promote to this coordinated development in the field of construction industry.
