[摘　要]　分析BIM技术在建筑行业中的应用优势和新型建筑工业化的基本特征及其发展过程中的信息化管理问题，论述BIM技术在新型建筑工业化发展中的建筑设计标准化、构件部品生产工厂化等五个方面的重要作用。对BIM技术在新型建筑工业化中的应用提出相应的政策建议。

Abstract: Analyzes the advantage of BIM in the construction industry, five basic characteristics of new-type construction industrialization, and the information management problems in its development. Elaborates the important role of BIM technology in five aspects in the development of new-type construction industrialization, including the standardization of the architectural design, the factory of component parts production etc. At last, proposes appropriate policy recommendations for BIM technology application in the development of new-type construction industrialization.
