[摘　要]　结合发达国家和地区成熟经验，对我国住宅工业化建造过程中政策扶持、组织引导、技术支撑和试点推进等方面存在的问题进行对比分析，并基于当前城镇化快速推进、保障性住房大规模建设、人民群众对住房质量和性能要求日益提升的大背景，从政策引导、技术支撑、保障性住房示范和市场主体培育等方面提出推进住宅工业化建造科学发展的建议。

Abstract: Combining with the mature experience of developed countries and regions, this paper compares with the program existing in policy support，organizational guidance, technical support and pilot projects promoting in the process of housing industrialization in our country, and based on the background of current rapid advance of urbanization, the large-scale construction of affordable housing, growing requirements on housing quality and performance of people, the proposal is put forward about promoting housing  industrialization construction， from policy guidance, technical support, affordable housing pilot and fostering the market players etc.
