[摘　要]　招标控制价的提出及其在实践中的应用，给建设工程项目投标报价阶段的决策过程带来了变化。结合这一新概念的出现，在列举了招标控制价模式下的评标方法之后，为招标控制价模式下综合评估法与单一价格法分别建立投标报价博弈模型，并进行实证模拟分析，结果表明，采用该博弈模型的投标报价中标概率有很大程度的提高。

Abstract: There are lots of changes in the decision process of construction bidding quotation, brought by the proposition and implementation of tender control price. This paper lists the bidding assessment methods under tender control price, establishes the game-based bidding quotation model of comprehensive evaluation method and one price method, and finally simulates with some real data. The result shows that the probability of winning the bid has a great improvement by using the game model.
