[摘　要]　以工程哲学的角度，从工程活动为什么（造物的原因和依据）、是什么（造物的目标）、怎么样（造物的方法和计划）以及好不好（对物的价值评估）四个方面总结浦东机场扩建工程建设管理的哲学认知和思考。其中，以人为本、系统筹划、辩证管理和工程创新是浦东机场扩建工程实践的核心哲学理念。

Abstract:  From engineering philosophy point of view, sums up the philosophy cognition and thinking of construction management of Pudong airport extension project from four aspects of Why（construction cause and basis）,What（construction object）, How（construction method and plan） and Good or not（building value assessment）. It is pointed out that human oriented thinking, systemic planning，dialectics management and project innovation are the core philosophical ideas of Pudong airport extension project practice.
