[摘　要]　对外承包工程是国家“走出去”战略的表现形式之一，对建筑企业的持续发展具有重要意义。主要回顾近年来我国对外承包工程市场概况，指出目前对外承包企业存在的不足，在此基础上提出相应建议。

Abstract: International project contracting is one form of “going global” strategy and has great importance for sustainable development of construction enterprises. The market situation of China's international project contracting in recent years is introduced, and the disadvantages of international contracting corporations are pointed out. On the basis of this, some suggestions are put forward.
