我国国有大型建筑企业空壳化问题研究

[摘 要] 随着国有企业改制的进行,国有大型建筑企业母公司空壳化问题日益凸显,尤其是建筑企业进行分拆上市后,如何发挥企业集团的协同优势与规模效应,成为影响国有大型建筑企业快速、持续发展的重要问题。从当前国有建筑企业面临的问题出发,结合国外大型建筑企业的组织模式,提出解决国有大型建筑企业空壳化问题的有效途径,并选取黑龙江某国有建筑集团作为案例进行分析。[关键词] 建筑企业;空壳化;组织模式Abstract: With the ongoing restructuring process of state-owned enterprises, the hollowed problem of large state-owned parent company becomes increasingly prominent issue. Especially for those companies that want to list soon, how to make group synergies and economies of scale has become a key point to develop sustainably. Combined with organizational model of large-scale construction enterprises abroad, this article focuses on current problems faced by state-owned construction enterprises and proposes a solution to large state-owned construction enterprises, an effective way to solve the hollowed problems.
