[摘　要]　随着国有企业改制的进行，国有大型建筑企业母公司空壳化问题日益凸显，尤其是建筑企业进行分拆上市后，如何发挥企业集团的协同优势与规模效应，成为影响国有大型建筑企业快速、持续发展的重要问题。从当前国有建筑企业面临的问题出发，结合国外大型建筑企业的组织模式，提出解决国有大型建筑企业空壳化问题的有效途径，并选取黑龙江某国有建筑集团作为案例进行分析。

Abstract: With the ongoing restructuring process of state-owned enterprises, the hollowed problem of large state-owned parent company becomes increasingly prominent issue. Especially for those companies that want to list soon, how to make group synergies and economies of scale has become a key point to develop sustainably. Combined with organizational model of large-scale construction enterprises abroad, this article focuses on current problems faced by state-owned construction enterprises and proposes a solution to large state-owned construction enterprises, an effective way to solve the hollowed problems. It also selects a state-owned construction group in Heilongjiang as a case for analysis.
