[摘　要]　根据建筑工程施工的先后顺序，说明施工成本控制的必要性及严谨性，介绍成本加酬金合同模式下的施工成本控制要点，阐述施工过程成本控制的主要思路与方法，为规避该类合同模式下的成本控制风险提出一些见解。

Abstract: According to the construction order, explains the necessity and vigor of construction cost control, introduces the main points of construction cost control under cost-plus-fee contract, elaborates the main thoughts and theories, and proposes some opinions for avoiding cost control risks in this mode.
