[摘　要]　世界经济已经进入后金融危机时代。如何应对后金融危机时代变化莫测的国际工程承包市场，是我国建筑企业共同关心的话题。根据笔者海外工作经历及我国建筑企业开展国际工程承包业务的实际状况，通过分析后金融危机时代我国建筑企业海外业务面临的机遇和挑战，提出应对措施及建议。

Abstract: When global financial crisis goes to an end, how to deal with the uncertain overseas construction market becomes a hot topic among all Chinese construction enterprises. According to personal experience working abroad and the actual status of Chinese construction enterprises' international construction business, this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges which Chinese contractors are confronted with in the overseas market, and proposes methodologies to deal with these issues.
