[摘　要]　在分析可持续建造的社会可持续性内涵基础上，从建筑生产和经营活动对劳动者和当地社会的影响层面，总结了可持续建造的社会可持续性指标和要求。

Abstract: The paper analyzes the connotation of social sustainability of sustainable construction，sums up the indexes and their correlative requirement of social sustainability of sustainable construction from the view of the influence on workingmen and local society by construction and operating activities.
